Prepare yourself for a heartwarming adventure as San and her fabulous classmates embark on a detour into the glamorous world of the Japanese military as medical assistants! They thought school dances and gossiping about boys would be their biggest challenges. Little did they know, they'd be swapping cafeteria food for army rations and transforming into "Army Angels" during the not-so-groovy World War II.
